Confirmation of Appliance Repair Request

After receiving your appointment request, we will respond within 45 minutes during our normal open hours (Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 4:30), to confirm the appointment and details.

If you need to change or cancel the appointment after it is confirmed, it is important that you let us know by phone call or email, so that we may give that time slot to other customers.

Money Saving Tip:

Of course, we carry a lot of common parts and will (in many cases) have you up and running on the first visit. For uncommon ailments specific to your model, if we receive enough information, we can sometimes pre-diagnose your problem, and make sure we have the parts necessary to complete the repair on the first trip. You will generally receive a discount of about $25 by doing this. What we need: complete model and serial number (from the tag on the appliance NOT from paperwork). A photo of the “Data Tag” is best. We also need to know how you discovered the problem and what the appliance is doing or not doing when you try to use it, not what you think is wrong with it.

If your appliance is under warranty , you will need to first contact the manufacturer or the company who issued your extended warranty policy.
