If the appliance is in good condition, we generally recommend repairs if they are less than 50% of the replacement cost of the appliance. If this is the case, it is usually worthwhile to have us diagnose the exact problem and give you a cost to repair it. In that way, you can decide whether or not to repair or replace it.
In many cases, we have the exact part on our trucks to get you up and running the first visit, but if a part is required, most common parts are available in less than a week.
We respect your tenants, but we also understand the needs of property owners. We’ll deal directly with your tenants for scheduling and we’ll inform you if we think replacement is better than repair. We also have a discounted rate structure, for property managers who regularly do business with us.
